Additionally, over several weeks, Cranberry can inhibit bacteria from colonising the urinary tract and Crataeva can tonify the bladder sphincter to help relieve urinary frequency and incontinence.
In Chinese medicine, the Bladder (Yang) and the Kidney (Yin) work as an energetic pair. When Kidney energy (Qi) is weak, the bladder is vulnerable to infection. Dosage Recommendations:
